What is your favourite festive window display, is it the train set carrying precious stones in Hamilton & Inches, is it the traditional display in Brook Brothers or the myriad other sparkling window displays turning George Street into a glamorous, stylish place to browse and shop.
George Street is holding a competition this year for the public to choose their favourite, the winner selected from all entries will win a Farmers Market hamper donated by Essential Edinburgh.

George Street Association News
The Association held the Annual General Meeting on May 9th. Held in The George Hotel by invitation of General Manager, Derek Welch this was a successful evening with a good turnout of members and guests.
Joshua Miller, Joint MD Charlie Miller Hairdressing was voted in as Chair with Peter Heggie, Senior Manager Brooks Brothers appointed Deputy Chair. The outgoing Chair, Ian Webster was presented with a quaich as thanks for his years of service to the Association.
Patrice McHenry will continue as secretary and to administer accounts.
